HR RECRUITMENT & SELECTION –
Our management will take care of the recruitment and selection process. This can either be integrated joint services for mutual understanding or can be completely outsourcing & involves the following tasks:
- Identify the staffing management system for the organization. The staffing organization system will perform the following functionally :
- Managing the data bank of suitable candidates
- Tracking of application information
- Scanning of resumes
- Providing much reliable and valid information as much possible about applicants so that their qualifications can be carefully matched with the JD we got from our customers.
- Perform proper screening process to shortlist the candidates.
- Go through the interviewing process and provide the list of recommended candidate or set of candidates.
