Tyagi, the Managing Director of the firm, has a vast repertoire of experience of about 36 years.He has served in Indian army for around 8 years and headed technical equipment office and thereafter he has spent 26+ years in Hero Motor Corp ltd., where he carried out many challenging roles successfully in Operational, HR & motivational activities. During this long association with HMCL, Mr. Tyagi spent majority of time in parts Operations/Parts Logistics to meet the Monthly/annual Targets through proper Business Plan, leading the Operational Team i.e. staff & Workmen , coordinating with internal and external agencies, Basic/Operational Training and meeting business goals and deadlines successfully.
As part of his leadership responsibilities, Mr. S P Tyagi earned extensive experience in the field of training and recruitment of the right personnel that fit best into the organization with the right skill requirements and work ethics. Furthermore, his dealing with worker unions. Listening to their grievances and counselling them has given him adequate experience in facing and resolving great challenges. The experience of managing things first hand in the organization helped him immerse into the organization culture and understand the nuances at an intricate level.
Mr. Tyagi also honored as a Speaker in 28th RIRM Certification Course and also informed that NAREDCO Haryana, in conjunction with ‘Systatic Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. and District Administration Gurugram, has launched a one year program for Training a force of 1000 real estate agents, channel partners , developers, realtors and Housing Finance Executives and Marketing to be the tool of marketing in the New RERA and GST regime. NAREDCO also appointed ‘Systatic Consulting’ as their “Knowledge Partner” replacing one of the Big4.
Mr. Tyagi also nominated as ‘Founder Member’ of “Real Estate Development Council, (REDCO) ” to connect for different developments and to provide necessary services related to HR Compliances ,Training (Technical & Soft) Recruitment for Staff – Junior to Top management and Technical workmen & staff support .
After attending the training in First Batch during Jan’2017, QCI (Quality Council of India) selected Mr. Tyagi as Master Trainer to inspire and create proper awareness in MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) for implementation of ZED (Zero Defect and Zero Effect) Certification Scheme and to recognise them at Global level which is also supportive of “Make In India” Campaign. The said awareness session taken by Mr. Tyagi in the States i.e. Rajasthan, Haryana, MP , Punjab and Uttarakhand with diff Industries (MSMEs)
